Terry "Terrible" Stenzel, age 62, of Wells, MN died Saturday, September 7, 2019 at Parkview Care Center. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at 10:30 AM at St. Casimir Catholic Church in Wells, MN, with Father Greg Havel officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at St. Casimir Cemetery in Wells, MN. Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society.
Terrence Joel was born December 5, 1956, in Wells, MN, the son of David and Jane (Bushlack) Stenzel. Terry was a 1975 graduate of Wells High School. He was on the Wells Concrete Upper Midwest Erection Crew for 34 years. Terry loved his dog, Hannah, who was a constant companion until his illness and was unable to care for her. He loved mowing his yard and playing bingo. He loved to play Bingo so much, that if a holiday landed on a Saturday with his family, well, he had to play Bingo. He enjoyed watching sports, especially football and all Minnesota sports teams, along with playing cards with his family and friends. Terry could be seen cruising around Wells on his golf cart, which was his pride and joy. He especially enjoyed hanging out with his brother, nephews and niece and their families.
Terry is survived by his brother Linnie (Brenda) Stenzel of North Mankato, MN; nephews Eric (Jessica) of North Mankato, MN, and their children: Mikaela, Cody and Brooke; Keith (Katie) of St. Peter, and their children: Nolan and Shane; Emily (Justin) Rothstein of St. Cloud and many other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, several aunts and uncles.
