Sharon B. (Neubauer) Doering, age 57 of Paynesville, MN (formally of Cold Spring) passed away on Friday, August 17, 2018 at her home. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells, MN with visitation from 9:30 AM until 11:00 AM on Saturday. Fr. Matt Fasnacht to officiate. Burial will be in St. Casimir Catholic Cemetery with Military Honors by the Wells Color Guard.
Sharon was born February 6, 1961 in Wells, Minnesota to Robert and Rita (Doyle) Neubauer. She was a U.S. Navy Veteran of Desert Storm. Sharon married Daniel S. Doering on March 21, 2001. She was employed as a CNA at the St. Cloud Veterans Affairs Medical Center for many years retiring in 2006. She was a member of the DAV, the Sauk Rapids VFW Post #6992 and Sauk Rapids American Legion Post #254.
Sharon enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren at the lake.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Dan of Paynesville; son, Brandon (Kristen) Reese of Cold Spring; two grandchildren, Alana and Levi; her parents, Robert and Rita Neubauer of Wells; two brothers, Dan (Jackie) and Bryan (DeeAnn) both of Wells; and one sister, Carrie (Jim) Munsch of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; and many nieces and nephews.
