In Lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorials to Fanconi Anemia Research Fund, which was Manuel's wish.

Manuel Celestino Molina was born August 6, 2004 in North Wilkesboro, NC, the son of Manuel and Heather (Sibley) Molina. He attended and graduated from EWMS in North Carolina and the family moved to Minnesota, where Manuel was in the 9th grade at United South Central High School in Wells, MN. Manuel enjoyed spending time with his sisters and family. He was an active gamer who loved unicorns, Roblox, The Walking Dead and watching videos on You Tube. He was an old soul who loved shopping. His parents, Manuel and Heather, would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the nurses, doctors and staff of the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital in Minneapolis, MN and Brenner Children's Hospital in Winston Salem, NC, 9th floor Oncology.

He is survived by his parents, Manual and Heather Molina of Wells, MN; 3 sisters: Grace Espinoza and Maryella and Gabriella Molina, all of Wells. Paternal grandparents, Celestino and Socorro Molina Panchi of San Nicolas, Guerrero Mexico; maternal grandparents, Elbert and Nancy Sibley of Trap Hill, NC; Paternal Great-grandmother, Tomasa Colon Panchi of El Cacalote, Guerrero Mexico; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family in Mexico.
