Linda Ann Niebuhr, age 69, of Wells, MN died Saturday, August 19, 2017 at her home. A funeral service will be held Friday, August 25, 2017, at 10:30 AM, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Wells, MN, with Pr. Mary Iverson officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, August 24, 2017 from 4:00-7:00 PM at Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells, MN, and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday. Interment will be held at Rosehill Cemetery in Wells.

Linda was born January 2, 1948 in Cainsville, MO, the daughter of Harvey and Evelyn "Evie" (Schultz) McLain. She was united in marriage to Ronald Niebuhr January 11, 1964 in Wells, MN, and to this union 2 children were born. Linda worked at Mallons. She was also a waitress and cook at Charlie's Café and Cooks Table for many years (where she was also known to shake dice). Later in life she helped with her grandchildren before and after school. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, canning, sewing, gambling, and fishing. Linda loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Pat Stenzel, nephew, Joshwa Kauffmann.

Linda is survived by her husband Ron Niebuhr of Wells; children: Vicki (Danny) Johnson of Cannon Falls, MN, and Kurt (Missy) Niebuhr of Wells, MN; grandchildren: Nate, Zach and Kylie Jo Niebuhr; great-grandson, Jase; brother-in-law, Kenny Stenzel of Wells; sisters-in-law: Darlene (Robert) Mucha of New Richland, MN, Diane (Denny) Lutteke, of Wells, and Janet (Bill) Lowe of Mankato; aunt, Millie Sailor of Wells; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and their families, and a host of friends.
