Audrey Elgene Anderson, 88, passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Ascension All Saints Hospital in Racine, WI. Funeral services for Audrey will be held at Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home, 255 Second Ave SW, Wells, MN 56097, on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. There will be visitation one hour prior to service.

Audrey Elgene was born in Blue Earth, MN on November 23, 1928, to the late Clark and Blanche (nee; Klenk) Roub. On September 24, 1955, Audrey was united in marriage to James Earl Anderson in Blue Earth, MN. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. Audrey worked for many years with CEF teaching children's Bible Clubs.

Audrey is survived by daughters, Tonya (Joel) Veldt of West Liberty, OH, and Ruth (David) Mullins of North College, OH; 6 grandchildren: JoEllen, James, Mordecai, Hadassah, Timothy, and Michael; six great grandchildren; and sisters-in-law, Barbara Roub and Carolyn (Kenn) McKee; and brother-in-law: Melvin (Adele) Anderson. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James, on February 10, 2003, sister, Marjorie Roub; brothers, Charles Roub and Ronald Roub; and sisters-in-law, Viola and Eloise.

Memorials may be given in lieu of flowers to Fellowship Baptist Church, Child Evangelism Fellowship, and Christar.
