Tribute & Message From The Family

Randy Duane Weber, age 65, of Wells, MN, died Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Methodist Hospital in Rochester, MN, surrounded by his family after a short but intense battle with pancreatic cancer. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, March 30, 2019 from 3:00-7:00 PM at Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells, MN, with a prayer service at the end of visitation with Deacon Gene Paul. Randy's wishes were for you to come in and visit, tell tall tales and be together at the funeral home for visitation with Dawn and his family, and please....dress casual.

Randy was born March 21, 1954, in Wells, MN, the son of Gene and Dolores (Schroeder) Weber. Randy graduated from Wells Easton High School. Randy married Dawn Tews, January 25, 2019 in Blue Earth, MN. He was an employee and owner of Weber Construction for 50+ years. Randy enjoyed deer hunting, guns of any size and shape...legal or illegal, building, tinkering and fixing darn near anything! He liked going to wineries & breweries, smoking meats, cheeses and anything else he could fit into the smoker. He loved a good cup of coffee and lengthy conversations with whomever he crossed paths with. Most of those conversations started with his boisterous warm greeting..."Hey Lucky!" and after all was said and done, would be wrapped up with a huge smile and "Talk at me later!"

Randy is preceded in death by his parents: Gene and Dolores Weber; sister-in-law: Twyla Roiger; Brother-in-law: Nathan Tews; Dawn's parents: Lowell and Marlyce Tews.

He is survived by his loving wife and forever companion for 33 years, Dawn Weber of Wells; four legged furry friend, Sugar; older sister: Karen (husband Dennis) Rebelein; younger sister: Denise (husband Paul) Bach; Dawn's siblings: Faith (Richard) Johnson, Lamond (Cindy) Tews, Carmen Williams; Craig Tews and Jon (Trish) Tews; along with many nieces and nephews.
