I remember working with Nylen at Delmonte back in the late 70's. We were flying from field to field to beat the cropduster plane, so we could be there for the flagging of the fields. He was the most genuine person, he is in our prayers.

Prayers and thoughts are with you all. Sorry for your loss. I am granddaughter of Arthur and Golda Kain. I always remember at family reunion at Uncle Fritz and Aunt Margaret all the fun we used to have. Going across the road to Uncle Helmuth and Aunt Ella to play ball and look at the huge red barn it was lots of fun.

Hi Carolyn. Our condolences to you and Marilyn, Clifford, Wesley, and Kenneth and their families. I was surprised and saddened when Diane informed me that she had seen his notice on Facebook. I talked with Dad last night and he didn't mention it.

I remember years and years ago when Nylen took us into the pea fields to watch the harvesting. It's something I never forgot - how they could harvest those peas and leave behind large stacks of green. I
