I appreciated Russ' sharp, low-key sense of humor. We used to play cards together in Freeborn, and he'd make some wry comment - and I'd quickly look up just as he was turning away. Blessings to the family as you celebrate your dad. Russ was always sweet to me. I will always remember Russ's steady person. Man of faith, loved his kids, cared for his wife.
