We are so sorry for your loss. Mary was a great person, always loved when we ran in to her uptown when we were home visiting mom (Marlene Staloch). She will be missed by all. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Rick - my deepest sympathy to you.....I'll miss so much not seeing Mary at family functions. I got to work with her many years ago at both Nordaas & then for A Home of your Own, but better yet, she became a 'cousin' because of you. She was always willing to visit with people AND always had a smile!! May GOD give you His peace.

Sending hugs to Rick and Lili and all the Johnson family. I will never forget my trip to Hawaii with Mary. We will miss your fun loving nature and the laughs we all shared over wine and bloody maries. Rest in peace fun lady.

Mary was a cousin and she looked me up a few years ago. We would talk by phone and on facebook. She reunited with my 87 year old Mom, Helen Cooper. They had long talks and many memories to share.
We were all touched when she came to my Dad's Memorial at Redeemer Lutheran Church las Memorial Day. She was ALWAYS so jovial, happy and forever saying how blessed she was.
I love being in her circle of family that she mentally nourished with her spiritual light.

To the entire Johnson and Stenzel families,
My heart is breaking for all of you! Mary Ellen was the nicest relative I had on my Dad's side of the family. Even though we were second cousins, we were very close to her family growing up. I know that she was loved will be sadly missed by all who knew her. May the Lord wrap you all in His comforting arm.
Prayers and blessings,
Linda Mosser Mathiesen
